The Pernambuco Meu País festival is one of the biggest celebrations of Pernambuco culture. Now, the event will have its first summer edition , bringing music, tradition, and diversity to various regions of the state. Opening of the summer edition in Camaragibe
The summer edition will begin on December 5th, 6th, and 7th at Parque Aldeia dos Camarás , in Aldeia, Camaragibe. The venue is known for hosting large outdoor events and boasts good infrastructure. During the three days, the public will see performances by local and national artists. The goal is to showcase Pernambuco’s talent and promote encounters between different musical styles.
Programming in Recife the following week
After its debut in Camaragibe, the festival moves on to Recife. From December 12th to 14th , the shows will be held at the Passenger Maritime Terminal . The location boasts a privileged view and has already hosted many cultural events. The program will feature music, gastronomy, and creative fairs. The public will also enjoy a seaside setting, ideal for residents and tourists visiting the city at the end of the year.
Festival arrives on the coast with events until February.
The summer edition will also have stages on the coast of Pernambuco. There will be three different phases, spread between December and the beginning of February.
New Year’s Eve party in Jaboatão dos Guararapes
On December 31st , the festival will host a big party on Candeias beach in Jaboatão dos Guararapes. The New Year’s Eve event will feature concerts, a countdown, and fireworks. The aim is to celebrate the arrival of 2026 in a lively and accessible atmosphere for the public.
Shows in São José da Coroa Grande
Between January 16th and 18th , the festival will be in São José da Coroa Grande , on the South Coast. The city is known for its clear waters and tranquil atmosphere. The combination of scenery and music is expected to attract many families during the summer.
Closing ceremony on Itamaracá Island
The final stage will take place on Itamaracá Island , between January 30th and February 1st . The island boasts famous beaches and historical landmarks, making the experience even more special. The closing event will feature concerts and cultural activities.
